1. I used to think people who didn't title thier art work were wimping out, now all titles seem cheesy. There must be a happy medium.
2. I try to use Sepia sparingly since it can so easily seem like a cheap photography trick to give "feeling" to a picture. But in this case Sepia seemed to accentuate the geometric feeling I was going for better than color or B&W did.
3. No, the site is not new and improved as I'd promised for this week. The hold up? I can't think of a good name! It needs to indicate (or evoke) that the site is about pictures of urban every day life, from small details to large cityscapes, from mundane activities to unique events. Oh yeah, the domain name needs to be available too (otherwise, you'd be viewing "Urbanality" right now). |
