| On the day Henri Cartier-Bresson died, I took my camera out and shot pictures of the streets devoid of the people that made Cartier-Bresson's pictures so great. So here is the first in my tribute to one of the greatest street photographers ever, the series "Empty Streets" |

Re: Sewer Drain (Empty Streets #1) Great shot here. I like the deep blacks, and the way this image lays most of the interest at both poles of the image. It's an interesting study, and I like your tribute to the photographer. Brent Vermilyea Tuesday, April 04, 2006 4:29 AM |
Re: Sewer Drain (Empty Streets #1) Love the b&w tones and the angle of the shot. Creative thinking! Sinem Tuesday, April 04, 2006 7:22 AM |
Re: Sewer Drain (Empty Streets #1) I've never heard of this person before. I'll look him up.

Re: Sewer Drain (Empty Streets #1) Brilliant. Love the way the central line from the pothole leads you deep into the photograph, as if to infinity. Great capture. Never heard of the photographer this is a tribute to but will definitely look him up. Nkem Tuesday, April 11, 2006 2:02 PM |
